Data Analyst Intern

Internship focused on supporting data analytics for Whilter, a marketing AI platform. Responsibilities include data cleaning, reporting, dashboard creation, and insight generation to inform business and product decisions.

• Collect, clean, and organise data from spreadsheets, databases, and business tools
• Check data for accuracy, missing values, duplicates, and inconsistencies
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
• Use Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL to support day‑to‑day analysis
• Present findings through clear charts, summaries, and recommendations
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams to understand data requirements
• Document data sources, calculations, and reporting processes

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or related field
• Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and filtering data
• Familiarity with Python, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to explain findings clearly and manage tasks independently in a remote environment
