Responsible for acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, identifying trends, coordinating with stakeholders, creating dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools, and measuring performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Create/update complex reports, interactive charts, and dashboards using Excel/BI tools like Tableau/Power BI
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing/Social media campaigns
- Postgraduate degree
- At least 3 years of data analytics experience
- Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of Python, Google Analytics, and GIS tools (advantage)
