Business Analyst Strategy, Operations & Digital Transformation

AA Industries is building the next generation of precision manufacturing operations and is looking for a Business Analyst – Strategy, Operations & Digital Transformation.

You will work directly across management, production, finance, supply chain and technology to identify problems, analyze data and build systems that improve operational efficiency, cost optimization, digital transformation, ERP systems, dashboards, IoT-enabled production tracking and AI-driven business processes.

• Analyze production, operational, financial and supply-chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Build dashboards and management reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into business performance.
• Conduct detailed cost, productivity and process analyses to support management decisions.
• Identify processes that can be automated or digitized and help design scalable solutions.
• Support implementation of new technologies across manufacturing operations, including production tracking systems, IoT systems and workflow automation.
• Develop business cases for new machinery, technology investments and operational improvements.
• Track KPIs across departments and investigate the underlying causes of performance deviations.
• Work with Finance, Production, Quality, Procurement, HR and Management on cross-functional projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in business analytics, operations, strategy, consulting, manufacturing, finance, technology, supply chain or a related function.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large amounts of information.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, or financial modelling is a strong plus.
