UGF Mart is looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries, deliver outstanding customer service, and handle calls in a BPO environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset
- Log customer interactions and track follow-ups
- Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex concerns
- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
- Minimum 12th Pass qualification
- 0 - 1 years of experience
- Willingness to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts
- Skills in Domestic Calling, Query Resolution, and Non-voice/Chat Process
