Customer Support Executive

Guduchi Ayurveda Private Limited is seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle patient calls, provide exceptional support, and resolve queries related to Diabetes Management.

• Handle patient calls professionally and efficiently
• Address patient queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required
• Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification
• 1 to 7 years of experience in customer support or telecalling
• Comfortable with 6 days working during the day shift
• Willing to work from the office in Hanamkonda, Warangal
