Business Analyst role involves handling and monitoring Mantis Portal queries, coordinating with business users, IT & operations teams, analyzing issues related to business processes, operations, IT/system & development, tracking queries to closure, gathering business requirements, preparing user stories, and supporting system enhancements.
- Handle and monitor Mantis Portal queries and provide business support.
- Coordinate with Business Users, IT & Operations teams for query resolution.
- Analyse issues related to Business Processes, Operations, IT/System & Development.
- Track queries until final resolution and closure.
- Assist in gathering business requirements, preparing User Stories, and supporting system enhancements.
- Coordinate with Accounts & Vendors for operational requirements, payments and recharges.
- Good communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and MS Excel
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
