BA Analyst – Engineering & Client Solution

Rexera (A RealPage Company) is looking for a BA Analyst – Engineering & Client Solution to work at the intersection of clients, Business Operations, and Engineering teams.

This role focuses on understanding business and client requirements, translating them into clear and actionable specs for Engineering and BI teams, coordinating solution delivery, and analyzing business data for US shifts.

• Work closely with clients and Business Operations teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Act as a bridge and coordinate between clients, Business Operations, Engineering, and BI teams
• Analyze business and client data to identify trends, gaps, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and maintain clear documentation of business requirements, workflows, specifications, and change requests
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and client-facing processes through automation and efficiency improvements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Client Solutions, Business Analysis, Business Operations, or BI
• Strong requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
• Experience working with Engineering/Technology teams and Business Operations stakeholders
• Good understanding of technology and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder and client management abilities
