Walk-in || International Voice Support - Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international voice process in Hyderabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and maintaining quality standards while working rotational/night shifts.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions
• Communicate professionally and confidently in English
• Provide accurate information while following process guidelines
• Handle customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Follow company policies and process requirements
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
• Work effectively as part of a customer service team

• Freshers to 4 years of experience in BPO, customer service or international voice processes
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities
• Customer‑service and interpersonal skills
• Professional handling of customer queries
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
• Willingness to work from the office
