The role is a senior leadership position focused on building and scaling the DevOps engineering capability within the organization. The incumbent will mentor and coach feature and platform teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure a customer‑centric approach to DevOps practices.
- Mentor and coach feature and platform teams to enhance DevOps skills
- Drive continuous improvement and promote technical and cultural change
- Assess current technical capabilities, identify gaps, and support development through workshops and training
- Promote adoption of DevOps best practices across the organization
- Measure and visualize flow of value, advise on DevOps capability uplifts, and provide feedback on policies, standards, and practices
- Make data‑driven decisions with a focus on ROI and value metrics
- 8–10 years of experience in DevOps or related portfolio management support roles
- Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, and AWS
- Certifications or strong knowledge in Prince 2, Scrum, Agile, or SAFe portfolio management
- Experience in assessing technical capabilities and designing learning workshops
