Seeking a seasoned SRE professional with over 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, and Platform Engineering. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, defining SLOs/SLIs, managing incident response, and driving automation to reduce operational toil. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams to implement monitoring, observability, and reliability best practices.

• Conduct Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs) and operational readiness assessments
• Drive reliability reviews, resilience assessments, and operational risk reduction
• Define and implement SLOs, SLIs, Error Budgets, and reliability best practices
• Configure monitoring dashboards, alerts, and perform alert tuning to improve signal‑to‑noise ratio
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post‑mortem activities
• Coach engineering teams on reliability, observability, and production readiness
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce operational toil
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, architecture, and operations

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, Production Support, or Platform Engineering
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, reliability engineering, and operational excellence
• Hands‑on experience with Dynatrace (monitoring, dashboards, alerting, incident analysis)
• Proficiency in defining and implementing SLOs, SLIs, and Error Budgets
• Experience with observability strategy, logging, tracing, and metrics governance
• Expertise in incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• Ability to influence and coach engineering teams on reliability and observability
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, architecture, and operations teams
• Experience identifying automation opportunities to reduce operational toil
• Familiarity with ITIL Service Management processes and operational governance
