- Manage incidents and problems in production environments
- Conduct root cause analysis and produce reports
- Analyze and resolve tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Provide support and guidance to Level 1 and Junior Support Engineers
- Good understanding of web proxies and DNS
- Knowledge of deployment and configuration
- Proactive and adaptable to new technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
