A senior-level role responsible for bridging business users and technologists, driving insights into business performance and planning through iterative analysis and solution design.
- Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage high-volume applications in partnership with stakeholders
- Manage multiple work streams and applications across geographies for Credit Initiation and Onboarding
- Contribute to strategy, process, and governance formulation for product roadmaps and automation initiatives
- Create communication to guide, influence, and convince stakeholders and external customers
- Provide advice on technology or operations, filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources
- Supervise day-to-day staff management, resource allocation, mentoring of onsite and offsite resources
- Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards, and report control issues transparently
- 6-10 years of experience in business or systems analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven expertise in using planning tools
- Strong diplomatic, analytical, and risk assessment skills
- Ability to manage complex, variable issues with significant impact
