Technical Support Engineer / IT Infrastructure

This is a mission-critical, hands-on role maintaining IT infrastructure for a technology-first stock broking firm. You will own networks, servers, trading applications (OMS/RMS), and ensure high availability, regulatory compliance, and low-latency connectivity during market hours.

• Own and manage office LAN/WAN setup, switches, routers, firewalls, and VLANs
• Manage Windows Server and Linux environments, Active Directory, and on-premise/cloud instances
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for OMS and RMS trading applications and coordinate with exchange vendors
• Conduct pre-market system checks and ensure all trading applications are live and responsive before market open
• Implement monitoring dashboards, endpoint security, and ensure adherence to SEBI cybersecurity frameworks

• 2-5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience in servers, networks, and application support
• Strong Windows Server administration: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS
• Linux administration (Ubuntu or CentOS/RHEL): command line, services, cron, and logs
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewall rules, and VPN configuration
• Experience with Cisco or equivalent managed switches and enterprise routers
• Proven structured and fast troubleshooting methodology
