Senior Technical Lead responsible for leading technical design, mentoring developers, and driving architecture and performance tuning for Java-based solutions on cloud platforms.
- Lead technical teams in design and implementation of Java applications
- Mentor and coach developers on best practices and technical standards
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high‑performance solutions
- Architect and review system integration across platforms
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications and databases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine architecture and technical roadmaps
- 7-10 years of Information Technology experience
- 1-3 years of technical leadership and mentoring experience
- At least 2 years of Agile development experience
- Strong understanding of business requirements, system integration, and IT solutions
- Hands‑on experience with Java, RDBMS, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience in application/SQL performance tuning, design patterns, and architecture principles
