FIS is looking for a motivated and technically strong Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Pune. You will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using modern Java technologies and cloud-native architecture while working closely with global product and engineering teams.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations using Apache Camel
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Microsoft Azure using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement event-driven architectures and messaging technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Participate in troubleshooting production issues and optimize application performance
- 1-3 years of hands-on software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, AWS, or Azure Cloud
- Strong communication skills and flexibility to support business in extended hours
