We are a reputed company building an open‑source analog to Atlas and DocumentDB, enabling multi‑cloud deployments of our platform. We seek a Senior Software Engineer with deep Python expertise to design and implement a fully‑managed solution based on Juju, ensuring reliable and secure operation across machines, VMs, public clouds, and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain Python code for the platform
- Design and implement Juju‑based deployment automation
- Manage and operate clusters across machines, VMs, public cloud, and Kubernetes
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure quality
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and open‑source community
- Senior‑level Python programming experience
- Experience operating and managing clusters on multi‑cloud or on‑premise environments
- Proficiency with modern infrastructure deployment automation (e.g., Juju, Kubernetes)
- Strong Linux system administration, operations, and package‑management skills
- Passion for quality and automated testing
