Senior Java and Node.js Developer ( 6+ years )

A backend engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js. The role involves building RESTful APIs and microservices, working with relational and NoSQL databases, and ensuring secure, high‑performance services. Collaboration with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams is essential, along with participation in code reviews, testing, and Agile/Scrum practices.

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build scalable and high‑performance server‑side applications.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and API security.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and external services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile/Scrum activities.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Use Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Node.js.
• Proficiency in Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event‑driven design.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle.
• Familiarity with build tools (Maven or Gradle) and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Experience with JUnit/Mockito for unit testing.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
