Senior Business Analyst-It Software

PeopleStrong is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - IT Software to analyze operational and financial data, develop MIS reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements.

• Analyze business, operational, clinical, and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards for management review.
• Monitor key hospital performance indicators, including revenue, patient footfall, bed occupancy, average length of stay, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct financial and business analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability assessment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Clinical, Marketing, and HR, to drive business improvement initiatives.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve productivity and cost optimization.
• Support strategic planning, business expansion, feasibility studies, and project evaluations.
• Prepare management presentations, business review reports, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Track project milestones, business targets, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Leverage analytical tools to automate reporting and improve data accuracy and accessibility.

• Graduation or equivalent course
• Strong background in business, operational, and financial data analysis
• Proficiency in MIS reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools
