We are seeking a hands-on QA Engineer to test and validate Cloud CX solutions, integrations, workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities. The role focuses on test automation, API testing, regression testing, CI/CD validation, defect management, and release quality.
- Test and validate Cloud CX solutions, integrations, workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Perform test automation, API/integration testing, and regression testing
- Validate CI/CD pipelines and ensure high release quality
- Manage defects and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong QA automation and SDET experience
- Experience with API testing
- Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent automation frameworks
- Scripting experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD and Agile/DevOps environments
- Strong troubleshooting and defect management skills
