Wissen Technology is looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer / SDET with 3–6 years of experience in software testing and automation. You will design and execute automated test scripts, validate React-based frontend applications, and work closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
- Create and execute end-to-end, regression, functional, and integration test scenarios
- Perform API testing for RESTful APIs, including validation of request/response, status codes, headers, authentication, and data
- Validate frontend applications built using React and ensure functionality, usability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect management tools
- 3–6 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation / SDET roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation
- Good experience in API Testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar
- Experience testing applications developed using React
- Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript for automation scripting
- Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application environments
