Episource is looking for a Product Analyst to join their Process Excellence Team in Chennai. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and development teams, ensuring smooth feature releases, conducting testing, and driving Salesforce improvements.
- Ensure timely release of features and bug fixes
- Collaborate with the development team to clear roadblocks
- Participate in user acceptance testing and functionality testing of new systems
- Conduct due-diligence and workshops to identify areas for Salesforce improvement
- Interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Experience with Salesforce improvement initiatives and due-diligence workshops
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system functionality testing
