Providing on‑site support for Amazon’s audio‑visual and video‑conferencing systems across events and meetings.
- Deliver in‑person service and support for AV/VC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV/VC issues in collaboration with on‑premise technicians, contractors and integrators.
