The ITS Support Associate will provide in-person service and support for AV/VC systems during events, meetings, and other needs. This role involves working with on-premise IT technicians, contractors, and integrators to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while guiding users effectively.
- Provide in-person service and support utilizing AV/VC systems for events and meetings
- Collaborate with on-premise IT technicians, contractors, and integrators to troubleshoot issues Resolve complex technical issues related to AV standards
