We are seeking an IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our team in Chennai. This role involves providing technical support to customers and users, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and assisting with day‑to‑day technical operations. The position is full‑time, work‑from‑office, with shift timings 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM IST / 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST. The monthly compensation is ₹15,000 with an additional ₹5,000 accommodation support.
- Provide first‑level (L1) and second‑level (L2) technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
- Document support tickets and maintain knowledge base.
- Assist in day‑to‑day technical operations and system maintenance.
