CSB Bank is seeking an Analyst for its Digital Crime Prevention Cell in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves monitoring fraud alerts, analyzing customer accounts to prevent fraudulent transactions, coordinating with call centers, and managing cybercrime complaints.
- Monitor FRM alerts and coordinate with call center executives to ensure alerts are attended to with minimum delay.
- Analyse statements of account when customers are unreachable and block digital channels to prevent further fraudulent transactions.
- Communicate with customers to understand the modus operandi of crimes and block digital channels upon request.
- Report frauds across various tools.
- Attend to cybercrime complaints and update records.
