Head of Advisor Recruiting – San Blas Securities San Blas Securities is seeking an experienced advisor recruiter to lead and scale our national recruiting efforts. This is a revenue-generating role responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing relationships with high-quality financial advisors and teams. Responsibilities: Build and manage advisor recruiting pipeline Execute outbound recruiting strategy (LinkedIn, referrals, events) Lead advisor transition process from first contact through onboarding Partner with leadership on deal structuring and economics Track and report recruiting metrics and pipeline activity Qualifications: 10+ years recruiting financial advisors at a broker-dealer, RIA, or recruiting firm Proven track record of closing advisor transitions Strong understanding of payout structures, transition packages, and advisor economics Existing network of advisor relationships preferred Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based compensation tied to recruited production Significant upside based on success This is a Remote / work from home role.
