Gen AI Full stack Developer

Iris Software is looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer to build modern enterprise applications and integrate Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI capabilities into production systems. This is primarily an application engineering role with GenAI integration, focusing on full-stack development combined with modern AI tooling.

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Angular, Python, and MS SQL Server
• Build and integrate applications with Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI APIs and LLM services
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities such as conversational interfaces, intelligent workflows, RAG, agents, and tool/function calling
• Build secure and scalable REST APIs, backend services, and database integrations
• Integrate frontend, backend, databases, and AI services into end-to-end enterprise solutions
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and AI teams to take solutions from POC to production
• Follow software engineering best practices around security, scalability, testing, and maintainability

• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, Node.js, Angular, and Python
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server
• Experience with Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, full-stack application development, and system integration
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Agent Framework or MCP
