REDS™ (Rubenius Experiential Design System) is looking for a Full Stack Developer to build technology that lives in the real world. You will own features end-to-end — from databases and APIs to interfaces, AI, device integration, and on-site deployment across immersive experience centres, innovation labs, and phygital installations.

  • Build and ship full-stack features using React / Next.js, databases, and APIs
  • Develop AI applications using OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude, including RAG, AI agents, and computer vision
  • Build immersive applications using WebGL / Three.js and support content development for Unity or Unreal Engine
  • Integrate IoT devices and hardware using MQTT, WebSockets, REST, Serial, and Modbus
  • Containerise services using Docker, implement CI/CD, and deploy to AWS and on-site edge devices
  • Participate in installation, integration testing, and commissioning of experience centres
  • 2–6 years of hands-on full-stack development experience with at least one production application used by real users
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Python, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js, FastAPI)
  • Proficiency in databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
  • Experience with DevOps tools including Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like AWS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field, or equivalent self-taught experience supported by a strong portfolio
