The Director, AI Transformation is an AI-first technical leader responsible for defining and driving the HTCS AI strategy and converting it into deployed, scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes. The role will establish, operationalize, and scale enterprise AI initiatives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Define and drive the HTCS AI strategy
- Convert AI strategy into deployed, scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes
- Establish, operationalize, and scale enterprise AI initiatives
- Collaborate closely with SBG leaders, Engineering, Digital/AI teams, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven experience in AI-first technical leadership and defining AI strategy
- Track record of converting AI strategy into deployed, scalable solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and HR
