AI/ML Engineer

Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models powering core products like research automation, document intelligence, investor matching, and workflow orchestration. Work on applied NLP/LLM systems and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models that power core products including research automation, document intelligence, investor matching, and workflow orchestration
• Work on applied NLP/LLM systems, including retrieval-augmented generation, structured extraction from unstructured financial documents, and model evaluation pipelines
• Partner closely with product and founding engineers to translate capital markets workflows into scalable AI systems

• Experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning and AI models
• Familiarity with applied NLP/LLM systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model evaluation pipelines
• Strong collaboration skills to work with product and engineering teams
