The Director, AI Transformation is an AI-first technical leader responsible for defining and driving the HTCS AI strategy and converting it into deployed, scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes. This is an individual contributor role focused on establishing, operationalizing, and scaling enterprise AI initiatives across cross-functional stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with SBG leaders, Engineering, Digital/AI teams, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders
