We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to assist with lead sourcing, customer acquisition, and providing detailed product information for commercial vehicles to drive business growth.
- Assist the Sales Manager in sourcing potential customers through Digital, Direct, and Connectors channels
- Work towards achieving monthly targets for sourcing new customers and earning performance-based incentives
- Provide accurate and detailed product information to potential customers to help them make informed decisions
- Develop efficient strategies for customer acquisition and anticipate customer needs
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing commercial vehicle (CV) products or customer acquisition
- Deep understanding of commercial vehicles and product knowledge
- Strong ability to engage with online leads and identify business opportunities
