We are seeking a Business Operations Executive to handle client coordination, inside sales support, and process training for the building material industry.
- Connecting with prospective architects and interior designers on behalf of clients from the building material industry
- Scheduling appointments for clients with designers regularly
- Handling a team of two or more members
- Training new operations team members for various processes
- Experience in customer support, back office support, inside sales, sales support, BPO, or KPO operations
- Ability to manage a team of two or more members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
