Role involves implementing new features under a strategic initiative, ensuring adoption in production by collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, with a focus on the lending domain.
- Orchestrate, monitor, and review implementation plans end to end to ensure stable and timely closure of planned events/tasks.
- Enable and support new features and functionalities.
- Understand, design, and review study system flows and processes with stakeholders.
- Deploy, roll‑out, install, and configure releases.
- Track and monitor incidents and validate root cause analyses.
- Track and monitor application health and performance.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose SIT/UAT/production observations.
- Manage troubleshooting and support documentation for knowledge management.
- B.Tech / BE or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience or exposure to the Lending domain
- Good understanding of FinnOne LOS / LMS / Collections modules
- Hands‑on PL/SQL, Python, MySQL
- Experience with WebLogic, Tomcat, or JBoss
