- Study contract documents, tenders, and mechanical plans
- Evaluate customer requirements and conduct engineering reviews
- Execute Building Automation System engineering, architecture, and network design
- Prepare project documentation and handover documentation
- Knowledge of Safety, Security, and HVAC systems
- Engineering design experience
- Experience and understanding of AutoCAD, BIM, and Revit modeling
