Lead engineering and execution of a greenfield biosimilars manufacturing facility, covering conceptual design, basic and detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover to operations. Provide overall engineering ownership for facility, process systems, utilities, equipment, HVAC, automation, electrical, civil/structural, and infrastructure, ensuring scope, schedule, CAPEX, GMP, and EHS compliance.

- Manage procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover to operations
- Provide overall engineering ownership for facility, process systems, utilities, equipment, HVAC, automation, electrical, civil/structural, and infrastructure
- Ensure project meets approved scope, schedule, CAPEX, GMP, and EHS compliance
