AI - Senior Software Engineer

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications utilizing large language models, agentic frameworks, and RAG-based solutions to solve real business problems for Sopra Steria’s clients.

• Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows.
• Build and deploy RAG solutions and enterprise knowledge assistants.
• Integrate AI solutions with business applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Package, deploy, and monitor AI applications in cloud environments.
• Contribute reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI engineering best practices.

• 3–8 years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or LLM-based application development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and REST API development (FastAPI, Flask).
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK, or similar agentic frameworks.
• Experience building RAG solutions, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus) and semantic search.
• Proficiency in Docker and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with CI/CD fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
