Senior AI Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade conversational AI and LLM systems at Brainwave Science. The role focuses on building scalable multi-intent chatbot workflows for text and voice, optimizing prompts, orchestration, and evaluation pipelines, and ensuring high reliability and performance for real users.
- Architect modern LLM solutions and improve chatbot reliability
- Design and implement production multi‑intent conversational systems for text and voice
- Optimize response quality, retrieval accuracy, latency, and reliability
- Develop automated testing and evaluation frameworks
- Diagnose and resolve production issues systematically
- Collaborate with AI, research, and product teams
- Document architecture, engineering decisions, and best practices
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying production conversational AI systems
- Ownership of at least one production LLM application from design through deployment and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in RAG, fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation
- Strong Python programming skills
