AI Data Analyst

We are looking for an AI Data Analyst to partner with management and department heads to identify and solve operational challenges using AI-driven insights, dashboards, and automation. The role involves data analysis, prompt design, and reporting to support decision‑making.

• Work with management and department heads to understand operational and business problems
• Identify areas where AI tools, data analysis, automation, or digital systems can improve existing processes
• Analyse available business data and interpret trends, patterns, gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities
• Convert management requirements into structured AI workflows, analytical models, and effective prompts
• Use modern AI tools for research, analysis, reporting, documentation, decision support, and process improvement
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, analytical summaries, and decision‑support reports
• Automate repetitive reporting and analytical activities wherever possible
• Evaluate new AI tools and identify their practical use within the organisation
• Understand existing departmental processes and suggest improvements using AI and technology
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to management
• Maintain proper documentation of workflows, reports, analysis, and recommendations

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good understanding of modern Generative AI tools
• Ability to design structured prompts and AI‑assisted workflows
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to analyse and interpret data
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar dashboarding tools (preferred)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of statistics
• Ability to work with large, unstructured, and department‑wise data
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate with management and department heads
• Willingness to learn and evaluate new AI tools continuously
