Responsible for managing and troubleshooting Zscaler ZIA & ZPA, including policy configuration, URL filtering, SSL inspection, DNS security, app segments, and app connectors. Resolve client connector, PAC, GRE/IPsec tunnel, and digital experience issues while leveraging deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VLAN, Ethernet switching, and Infoblox. Handle incidents and provide proactive security support.
- Configure and manage Zscaler ZIA & ZPA policies, URL filtering, SSL inspection, DNS security, app segments, and connectors
- Troubleshoot client connectors, PAC files, GRE/IPsec tunnels, and digital experience issues
- Handle security incidents and provide timely resolution
- 4–7 years of experience in network security roles
- Hands‑on experience with Zscaler ZIA & ZPA
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VLAN, and Ethernet switching
- Experience with Infoblox preferred
- Working experience with Palo Alto Firewall, Cisco LAN/Wi‑Fi, or Cisco SD‑WAN
