Infosys is hiring a Workday HCM Consultant to implement Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Absence modules for a Fortune 500 US pharmaceutical company's global HR transformation across 40 countries.
- 3–5 years Workday HCM implementation experience
- Workday Core HCM, Payroll (US/India), and Absence Management
- Workday Studio and EIB integrations
- Workday Pro HCM or Payroll certification
- Fitment analysis and BP configuration
- Strong HR domain knowledge
- Configure Workday HCM business processes for pharma client
- Build EIB and Workday Studio integrations with legacy HR systems
- Conduct design workshops with client HR and payroll SMEs
- Support system integration testing and parallel payroll runs
- Train super-users on Workday HCM features
