This role involves managing inbound and outbound voice and chat interactions for international clients. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high communication standards. The position requires strong typing skills and the ability to work a 5‑day week with 2 days rotational off.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat with customers
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- Maintain clear and concise communication in both written and spoken formats
- Perform typing tasks as required
- Graduate degree (any field)
- Proficient in English (and any other language)
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Excellent grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Ability to work a 5‑day week with 2 days rotational offs
