This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients, leading and mentoring a team of data engineers to ensure high performance and career growth. The goal is to architect and optimize scalable data infrastructure for high availability and reliability.
The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and best practices, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute a data roadmap.
