Fluent Tamil with basic English
Good listening and communication skills

Handle 50–60 inbound telecom support calls daily in Tamil
Resolve prepaid recharge, data plan, and network complaints
Guide customers through self-service app and USSD features
Maintain CSAT above 88% and FCR above 82%
Update CRM post-call accurately
