We are hiring a Call Center Executive for an international voice process handling UK and US shifts at Magna Group in Mumbai.
- Handle customer calls and queries in an international voice process
- Use business equipment and computer applications to manage data and communications
- Call Center Executive or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Outlook, and database software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
