Dhani is hiring Voice Process Executives for Inbound Sales at its Indore operations centre. You will handle inbound leads from customers inquiring about Dhani's personal loan and insurance products, present product benefits, and assist customers through the digital application process.

This is a target-based role with an attractive incentive structure. Strong Hindi communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to handle objections are key to success in this role. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Handle inbound leads for personal loan and insurance products
Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements
Assist customers in completing digital loan applications

12th pass or Graduate in any discipline
Excellent Hindi communication; basic English is a plus
Sales aptitude and ability to handle customer objections
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
Willingness to work on weekends with weekday offs
Prior BFSI sales or telesales experience is preferred

Handle inbound calls from loan and insurance product leads
Pitch product benefits and guide customers through application
Achieve daily and monthly sales and conversion targets
Update lead status accurately in CRM after each interaction
Maintain customer interaction quality per process guidelines
