Graduate in any discipline
Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
Willingness to work US shift hours (evening/night)
Basic typing speed of 30+ WPM
Previous BPO or customer service experience is preferred
Knowledge of insurance processes is a bonus

Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently
Process transactions and update records in insurance software systems
Adhere to call quality, AHT, and CSAT metrics
Escalate complex claims to supervisors
Complete required training and knowledge assessments
