iEnergizer is hiring Hindi-speaking Voice Process Executives for a domestic banking inbound support process handling account queries, transaction disputes, and digital banking assistance calls.

You will be the voice of the bank for millions of customers calling from across India for help with their savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.

Any graduate or 12th pass
Fluent Hindi with basic English ability
Good listening and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM)
Freshers welcome

Handle 50–60 inbound banking support calls daily in Hindi
Resolve account balance, statement, and transaction queries
Guide customers through mobile banking and UPI features
Follow RBI and bank compliance guidelines on every call
Update CRM accurately post-call
