We are hiring a Voice Agent Engineer to build production‑grade AI calling agents, integrating real‑time voice AI, LLM pipelines, and telephony systems.
- Build and deploy AI agents for real‑time voice conversations
- Integrate STT/TTS pipelines (speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech)
- Connect agents with telephony systems (Twilio/SIP/Voice APIs)
- Design call workflows, handling logic and disposition tracking
- Optimize latency for smooth, human‑like conversations
- Handle 100+ concurrent calls per agent
- Build scalable backend systems for production deployment
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, and automation pipelines
- Strong Python experience
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks
- Experience with STT/TTS systems (e.g., OpenAI, Deepgram)
- Telephony integrations (Twilio, SIP, Voice APIs)
- Real‑time streaming and low‑latency systems: Webhooks, async systems, event‑driven architecture
- Experience deploying scalable production systems
