Swiggy's Design team is hiring a UX Researcher to uncover deep insights about how 10M+ daily users order food and groceries, helping product and design teams make better decisions about the Swiggy and Instamart apps.
- 3–5 years UX research experience in consumer product companies
- Expert in qualitative methods: in-depth interviews, diary studies, contextual enquiry
- Quantitative research: survey design and basic statistical analysis
- Experience researching for Tier 2 and Tier 3 city users preferred
- Figma for mockup testing
- Excellent report writing and stakeholder presentation skills
- Plan and execute 3–4 research studies per quarter for food and grocery teams
- Recruit and manage diverse user research panels across Tier 1–3 cities
- Conduct usability testing on Figma prototypes and live features
- Synthesise findings into actionable design and product recommendations
- Build Swiggy's user research repository and methodology standards
